Refund policy

  • We currently offer exchanges only.

    • If you want a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

  • You can request an exchange for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • After 30 days from delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Digital products / downloads
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Any item marked “final sale” on the product page
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Email us at [kellyg@daughterruthbrand.com] with your order number and reason for return.

    • Damaged or incorrect items

      • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—with a replacement or refund (if applicable). We will also then establish whether you will pay for return shipping or not.
