If you want a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

You can request an exchange for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

After 30 days from delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—with a replacement or refund (if applicable). We will also then establish whether you will pay for return shipping or not.
